His highest ratings highlight his trustworthiness, ability to answer questions and time spent with patients. One five-star reviewer says:
“I wanted a doctor who is highly intelligent, yet compassionate and caring, and I can unequivocally state that Dr. Novick is all of the above. How to choose a doctor for sensitive, and often emotional, procedures is a question I thought about a great deal. I remember having an endoscopy with Dr. Novick nearly ten years ago, and I received excellent care. So naturally, when I had additional issues and a colonoscopy to schedule, I chose Dr. Novick again. It is very important to me, whatever doctor I choose for any condition, that he or she is attentive to my needs, takes the time actually to listen, answers my questions respectfully, and doesn’t rush me out the door to meet with the next patient! I was treated with kindness and care before, during and after the procedures. The doctor and the entire staff were friendly and the facilities were CLEAN and aesthetically pleasing. I know that Dr. Novick is someone I can truly trust to care for me, and that’s a great relief.”
